Born and raised in Arizona, Bryan Burke obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Computer Science from Northern Arizona University. Upon graduation, Bryan embarked on a journey that took him to the Pacific Northwest where he became a Corporate Recruiter and Human Resource professional.

In 2001, Bryan made the decision to walk away from corporate America and try his hand at becoming an entrepreneur. It was during this time, Bryan used his desire to be in control of his future and provide long-term opportunities for himself and his family as his motivation to succeed.

Bryan started learning the intricacies of effective selling with his first business, a health and nutrition direct sales organization. From there, he went on to build a financial consulting business that he eventually sold. He then used the proceeds from the sale of that business to start a professional development and motivational speaking business. But no matter what the business was, Bryan determined the requirements for success and pursued them tenaciously.

Another of the many reasons why Bryan is an exceptional coach is that he is a product of the product. Shortly after his financial consulting business hit a plateau, Bryan enlisted the services of a coach. It was Coaching that allowed him to refocus and grow his company to where he was able to sell it. Based on his positive experience with Coaching, Bryan is now dedicated to assisting others in growing their businesses into what they desire.

As an Eagle Scout and a member of Scouting’s honor society, Order of the Arrow, Bryan sits on the Board for the Boy Scouts of America and is an Entrepreneur merit badge counselor for younger men striving to earn their Eagle Scout rank. In addition, he’s a Scoutmaster and Cubmaster responsible for the growth and development of boys ranging in age from six to eighteen.

An entrepreneur since 1992, Barbara Lassiter has been a top-producing real estate agent and later the Principal Broker of her own company, HearthStone Properties, Inc. More recently, she has participated in the beginning stages of subdivision development with two partners.

In addition, Barbara has been a professional writer for nearly 24 years. Focusing on business, marketing, research, and technical writing, she has developed an international client base ranging from Maine to China.

Another of Barbara’s proudest accomplishments as an entrepreneur was opening a toy store with none of her own money and bootstrapping the business to success. It was also during this time Barbara learned the value of free publicity by leveraging local media outlets. She then followed the same recipe to generate similar community interest and success with her second toy store.

Barbara holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and an Associate of Science in Computer Science. Barbara lives in Florida with her husband and enjoys spending time with her large family.

For several years, Paul has been helping individuals and corporations maximize their personal and financial potentials. His activities have focused on managing, consulting, training, facilitating, and counseling. He has provided financial training to individuals, companies, and legislators at the local and national levels. As a result, he is extensively experienced in coaching on commercial and personal credit, finance, investing, real estate, and banking, including helping IKON, a Fortune 500 company; achieve their financial objectives in record time.

In addition to his professional experience, Paul received his Certified Credit Executive certification from the National Association of Credit Management, and later served as it‘s President. He also served as Chairman of the Board of the Industrial Supply Federal Credit Union.

Paul taught classes for many years in Personal Finance, Investing, Financial Math, and Financial Statement Analysis at the local college.

He owns three businesses, invests in real estate, and has significant holdings in the stock market.

Paul has children and grandchildren. He enjoys travel, road biking, hiking, camping, and physical fitness. As a son, husband, and father, Paul reveres personal and family relationships and considers these his biggest treasure in life.

Ryan Windley began his entrepreneurial journey at age 19 when he started his own window washing business. In the years following, he has grown as an entrepreneur and seen his fair share of successes and has learned from his failures.

Among his highlights as an entrepreneur, Ryan has started his own car dealership and been a restaurateur as well. By building his car dealership from scratch, Ryan tackled critical start-up issues such as inventory management, location, and motivating a sales staff among many others. It was during this time also he learned how to manage growth and navigate the headaches brought about by a faltering economy. As a restaurateur, Ryan and his business partner took on the challenge of turning around a struggling pizza franchise. Ryan cites the experience as providing valuable lessons that he continues to use to this day for himself as well as his Coaching clients.

Today, in addition to his Coaching responsibilities, Ryan is currently a principal in a distribution business that sells a proprietary trailer dolly to hardware retailers. He also owns a property management company and has leveraged his experience by co-authoring an eBook to help others survive the demands of managing real estate properties on their own.

When not working with his Coaching clients, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife, two daughters, and extended family. His passions include exploring Mexico, starting new businesses, and working on the family ranch.
